Mr. Sakhawat Dogar

Mr. Sakhawat Dogar is Chairman of Punjab Garden Housing Scheme, a most experienced and
dynamic professional with vast knowledge of Real Estate Industry. His main contribution to the
project is to provide general project consultancy.

He has assembled a team of the real estate industry’s experienced and leading executive
directors for the state-of-the-art project development & timely deliverance of the Punjab
Garden Housing Scheme.

Mr. Muhammad Asghar Goraya

Mr. Muhammad Asghar Goraya has played a key role in organizing the real estate industry,
and creating landmark structures that established new standards of excellence. His foresight
and vision has contributed immensely towards establishment of benchmarks in the real estate
industry.

Mr. Asghar Goraya is not only the CEO of Punjab Garden Housing Scheme but also CEO of
SAREMCO Group of Companies from almost a decade. With a vast experience of over 15 years
in Real Estate Industry, his involvement as a leading position in any project is itself a key to
success of the Project.

He is handling Project Management, Operations, Administration, Media & Press, Financial &
Corporate affairs of the Punjab Garden Housing Scheme.

Mr. Atif Waqar Cheema

Mr. Atif Waqar Cheema has joined the project as a director marketing. He has vast knowledge,
expertise and insight related to sales & marketing of the real estate projects. He has a proven
track of offering marketing consultancy to mega housing & commercial projects.

He is handling project marketing by making successful marketing & sales strategies, leading
sales team, planning & implementing strategies.

Mr. Tariq Sandhu

Mr. Tariq Sandhu is a handling affair of land & land related legal matters as a director of Punjab
Garden because of his over 15 years experience in handling land related matters. He has good
knowhow about land in Pakistan.

He is setting high standards of excellence by providing a legal & safe housing project and
ensuring quality control for the timely deliverance of the project.
