Mr. Abdul Hanan is a Town Planner by profession with over 20 years of experience in planning, designing and developing housing projects in all over Pakistan. He has served more than 14 years as Urban Planner in UNICON Consulting Services (Pvt.) Ltd. with involvement in planning various prestigious residential and commercial projects like Valancia and Izmir Lahore.
He sets high standards of excellence in project implementation and quality control resulting in the completion of the project from inception to handover in a record time of 14-18 months with all the statutory requirements in place.
He Leads the Project Planning, designing and implementation team of SAREMCO.

Mr. Muzaffar Manzoor Ali Chaudhary is Specialized in Structural Designing and Construction Management of multi storied buildings, Sports Factories, Surgical & pharmaceutical Factories, Flour Mills, and Multi Storied Plazas with basements involving Raft Foundations etc. He has specialized in developing and applying modern technology, and plays an increasingly vital role within organization which depends on a skilled technical workforce.
With his detailed knowledge and understanding of current engineering applications, he has the skills and expertise to ensure projects run smoothly, and often hold key operational management roles.
He aims to turn the plans & vision of designer & client into reality. He has a good understanding of design and construction processes as well as of health and safety issues.
Mr. Sulman Khalid is an Architect by profession with over six years of experience in providing a full range of design services, including architectural design of homes, commercial buildings, remodels, urban design and planning of new communities.
He emphasizes the interdependent relationship between the natural and built environments. He also looks after the architectural process from conception to construction, assuming oversight of all aspects of the process.
His experience includes both residential and commercial design. He continues expanding his expertise seeking new methods of materials to wed to the best of current technologies while maintaining simplicity of expression in his design.
